Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

The French version of this document is legally binding. Any translation is provided for convenience only.

1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Honey stickers (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any customer (hereinafter “the Customer”) placing an order on honey-stickers.fr.

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The Seller may amend them at any time; the T&Cs that apply are those in force when the order is placed.

2. Products

Honey stickers offers custom stickers and adhesives made to order (die-cut, kiss-cut, round, square, holographic, glitter, transparent, etc.). Essential product characteristics are presented on the site. Visuals are indicative.

The minimum order is 25 pieces per reference, unless otherwise stated.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros including VAT (20% VAT included) for orders in mainland France. For European businesses with a valid VAT number, VAT may be reverse-charged under article 283-2 of the French CGI.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery is free for any order over €50 excluding VAT.

Honey stickers may change its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the prices in force at the time of confirmation.

4. Print-proof workflow (BAT)

4.1 Customer file upload. The Customer uploads their file (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI — max. 50 MB) when ordering. They warrant that they hold all necessary rights to that file.

4.2 Preparing the proof. Within 24 working hours, Honey stickers prepares a print proof (Bon À Tirer) and sends it to the Customer by email.

4.3 Approval. The Customer has 72 hours to approve the proof or request corrections. Without a reply within 72 hours, the proof is deemed approved. Approval of the proof triggers payment.

4.4 Production. Production starts only after payment is confirmed. No change is possible after the proof has been approved.

5. Order and payment

Payment is made online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or SEPA transfer via our provider Stripe. Payment is secured (TLS + 3D Secure).

The order is final once payment has been received. An invoice is issued automatically and sent by email.

6. Production and delivery times

Production. The Customer chooses their production time when ordering. This time starts after proof approval. The options offered are:

  • Standard (included): production within 3 to 5 working days
  • Express 24h production: production within 24 working hours

Carrier delivery time is then added.

Transit. Carrier transit time is added to production: 3 to 5 working days for standard delivery, 1 to 2 working days for express delivery.

These times are indicative and are not a firm commitment. They may vary in case of force majeure, exceptional order volume or public holidays. Zones, rates and tracking are detailed on the Shipping page.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer’s specifications (custom products). Once the proof is approved and payment made, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except for a proven print defect attributable to Honey stickers. The claims procedure is described on the Returns page.

8. Claims and warranties

If a defect is found (print error, cut defect unrelated to the supplied file), the Customer has 14 days from receipt to send a claim to contact@honey-stickers.fr with supporting photos. Honey stickers undertakes to reprint or refund as appropriate (after return of the order; return shipping costs are borne by the Customer).

Honey stickers is not liable for defects linked to the quality of the file supplied by the Customer (low resolution, colours not matching the requested ICC profile, etc.).

9. Customer liability for files

The Customer warrants that they own or hold the necessary rights to the artwork supplied. Honey stickers cannot be held liable for infringement or any breach of a third party’s rights.

10. Personal data

Data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Nice shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
