Returns and claims

Honey stickers stickers are made to your specifications (shape, material, dimensions, artwork). Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to clearly personalised goods.

Once the proof (BAT) has been approved and payment received, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for a simple change of mind.

If the product delivered has a defect attributable to Honey stickers (print error, cut that does not match the approved proof, material different from the one ordered), you have 14 days from receipt to write to us.

Send your request to contact@honey-stickers.fr including:

• the order number
• a description of the defect
• photos of the product and the packaging

After review, we offer a reprint or a refund of the line concerned. Refunds are issued after return of the order; return shipping costs are borne by you.

The following do not qualify for a return or refund:

• a customer file that is too light, blurry or outside the colour profile
• a colour shift linked to the original screen, after the proof has been approved
• normal wear after application (exposure, cleaning, unsuitable surface)
• an input error (quantity, size, address) once the proof has been approved

Please report it within 48 hours with photos. The procedure is described on the Shipping page. A parcel declared lost by the carrier is reprinted or refunded.
