When you use the site, we collect:
- Identification data: last name, first name, email, phone
- Order data: delivery/billing address, order history, uploaded files
- Payment data: secure processing via Stripe — Honey stickers never stores your full bank details
- Browsing data: IP address, connection logs (retention: 12 months)

4. Data recipients
Your data may be shared with the following providers:
- Stripe — payment processing (EU + USA, Privacy Shield)
- Dolibarr — electronic invoicing (self-hosted)
- Brevo — transactional emails (EU)
- SendCloud — logistics and shipping (Netherlands)
- OVHcloud — hosting (France)
No data is sold to third parties.
5. Retention periods
- Account data: lifetime of the account + 3 years after last activity
- Order data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation)
- Uploaded files (logos): 1 year after the order
- Connection logs: 12 months
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — obtain a copy of your data
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your account
- Right to portability — export your data as JSON
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time for the newsletter

8. Security
Your data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.3). Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt (rounds=12). API keys and secrets are never exposed on the client.
