Payment methods
Payment is made online, in euros, via our provider Stripe:
- Visa, Mastercard or American Express card
- TLS-secured payment and 3D Secure authentication when required by the bank
We do not collect your card numbers. Stripe is PCI-DSS certified. Honey stickers never has access to the full card data.
When are you charged?
The order workflow includes a print proof (Bon À Tirer). Payment is requested after proof (BAT) approval (or, if there is no reply, after 72 hours, at which point the proof is deemed approved). Production starts only once payment is confirmed.
An invoice is issued and sent by email. Prices on the site are in euros; the applicable VAT (20% in mainland France) is detailed at checkout.
Security
Any transaction declined by the bank or by Stripe cancels the order. If fraud is suspected, we may ask for supporting documents before shipping.
Refund
A refund, when due (confirmed defect, lost parcel), is made to the same payment method, usually within 14 days of agreement. See the Returns page.
