Honey stickers delivers to mainland France and the European Union. Orders ship from our workshop in Vic-la-Gardiole (Hérault).

Delivery to Corsica, French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) or outside the European Union may be available depending on the carrier: times and rates are shown at checkout for the address entered.

Production. The production time is the one chosen when ordering. It starts after proof (BAT) approval. Because stickers are made to order, production only starts at that stage. Options offered:

• Standard (included): production within 3 to 5 working days
• Express 24h production: production within 24 working hours

Transit. Carrier delivery time is then added, as a guide:

• Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days
• Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days, when offered for your address

These timeframes are not a firm commitment. They may vary in the event of a public holiday, exceptional volume or force majeure. The details that apply to your order are shown again before payment.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to weight, country and the method chosen. As a guide, standard delivery in mainland France is offered around €4.90 excl. VAT.

Delivery is free from €50 excl. VAT of goods in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, excluding special cases (overseas, express, pickup points subject to carrier terms). Other destinations remain chargeable.

A dispatch confirmation email is sent as soon as the parcel leaves, with the carrier tracking number when available. You can also follow the shipment from the link received after your order.

If the parcel is damaged, take photos on receipt (packaging and contents) and write to contact@honey-stickers.fr within 48 hours. We open a carrier investigation and, as appropriate, reship or refund.
