Accepted files

You can upload:

• Vector (recommended for cutting) : PDF, AI, EPS, SVG
• Image : PNG, JPG, WEBP — PNG with a transparent background for a contour cut

Maximum size: 50 MB. A file that is too light will be flagged before printing.

For a raster (PNG, JPG), aim for 300 dpi at the actual ordered size. Below that, the sticker may look blurry: our configurator shows a sharpness score after import.

The contour offset defaults to 0 mm. You can add a border in the advanced options.

We print in CMYK. On-screen colours (RGB) may differ slightly. The digital proof (BAT) lets you check the result before production.

For a shape-cut sticker, a transparent background avoids a white rectangle around the logo.

Every file is checked by the team (resolution, dimensions, cut areas). If something visible is missing, we contact you before printing.
