Is my file sharp enough to print?
Our team checks resolution, dimensions and cut areas in particular. If a visible issue could affect the result, we contact you before printing.

Yes. A digital proof is sent to you before production starts.
When does production start?
Production starts after you approve your digital proof.
When is my order shipped?
After proof approval: 3 to 5 business days as standard, or 24 working hours with express. Shipping time is additional.
Which material should I choose?
It depends on the surface, indoor or outdoor use, the opacity you want and the finish. See the configurator recommendations or contact us if you are unsure.
What happens if there is a problem with my file?
If our team spots a visible issue before production, they contact you to request a correction or suggest a suitable solution.

White vinyl provides an opaque background. Clear vinyl lets the surface show through; holographic vinyl creates shifting reflections. The finish and white underprint can affect the result.
